Due to this she has to use a wheelchair and is dependent on several medicines. Which her mother used to give her a strange green pill every day. But actually she was not ill.

Diana told her daughter the name of this medicine was Trigoxin. Which is medicine for the heart. When Blooming goes to a pharmacist and asks about the green pill, she learns that it is a medicine used to relax the muscles of dogs. If a person takes this medicine, it can numb the feet.

In another scene in the movie Run, a pharmacist tells the protagonist, Chloe, that the drug is used to relieve dog pain or leg discomfort caused by sunburn, bites or cuts. And that Dianne is getting it for her dog.

If we talk about the animal world, no medicine named Trigoxin has been made for them either. One drug closest to this is lidocaine, which is used as a type of local anesthetic for sunburns, bites and cuts on both humans and dogs. The feet can also be numbed by this. According to the Mayo Clinic, it can be used in the form of a jelly, ointment, spray, or even injected into the body, but it does not come in pill form.

It exerts its effect by affecting certain minerals (sodium and potassium) inside the heart cells. This helps the heart to beat regularly and vigorously, and also reduces stress.
